This position is responsible for analyzing complex potential fraud cases for the Fraud Analysis Unit within the Bureau of Motorist Services Support. The position independently performs complex reviews, audits, assignments and investigations requiring the ability to analyze complex driver license, motor vehicle, and parking permit fraud cases to provide accurate and efficient resolutions or recommended actions. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of methods of data collection and being able to analyze information and determine its validity Skill in analyzing and monitoring driver license or motor vehicle transactions Skill in using Driver and Vehicle Information Database (DAVID), Online Registration and Identity Operating Network (ORION), and/or Florida Real-Time Vehicle Information System (FRVIS) Ability to collect, evaluate, and analyze data to document workflow and determine courses of action that will assist in investigations Ability to recognize, analyze, and research criminal trends and patterns Knowledge of fact-finding and problem-solving techniques Ability to organize data into a logical format for presentation, both electronically and written Ability to work with confidential information Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite Skill in communicating effectively, verbally and in writing Skill in providing customer service to diverse clientele in a tactful, courteous, and non-judgmental manner Job Related Requirements
