EY is seeking an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Manufacturing within the Core Supply Chain capability. In this Senior Technology Analyst role, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams, leveraging your expertise in SAP technology to drive improved outcomes and sustainable results. Location: Anywhere in Country. Responsibilities

Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes. Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions. Act as a Subject Matter Resource (SMR) for SAP Manufacturing during project implementations. Facilitate design workshops and discussions, gather requirements, and recommend tailored S/4HANA best practices. Successfully guide the implementation of these solutions within client SAP ecosystems. Demonstrate in-depth functional capabilities of SAP Production Planning (PP) and associated modules, coupled with strong business acumen. Provide exceptional client service by tracking project milestones, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding progress and results. Cultivate and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels. Travel: This position may require regular travel to meet with clients (approximately 40-60%). Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree. Typically, 2-4 years of related work experience in a functional capacity with exposure to the SAP Production Planning (PP) module. A minimum of 2 years of experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA systems, specifically within the SAP manufacturing domain. Experience with configuration, master data and end-to-end understanding of the SAP PP module. Strong technical skills in application functional design. Expertise in technology business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, as well as experience delivering work products including business process design documents and functional specification documents. Ability and comfort in researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies. Ability and willingness to travel (travel is estimated at 40-60%). Preferred qualifications

Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience in the manufacturing space. Experience with SAP external integrations to MES, MII, ME, DMC, etc. SAP certifications in SAP Manufacturing, Quality Management (QM) or related modules in the production execution space. Experience with at least one full-cycle implementation of SAP PP or QM. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. What We Look For

Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with performance-based rewards. The base salary range for this job in the US is $102,500 to $187,900; in the New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) it is $122,900 to $213,400. Salaries are determined by factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. Hybrid work model: Most client-serving roles are expected to work in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
