We are seeking a man or woman who feels called to join our team in replanting the Madison ministry. You’ll partner with our Lead Campus Minister to cast fresh vision, create new rhythms of community, and walk closely with students as they discover faith and purpose. If you love pioneering work and building alongside others, Madison may be the place for you.
We are seeking a passionate follower of Jesus who loves college students and wants to see the next generation transformed by the gospel. The ideal candidate is rooted in the local church, relationally wise, humble, and eager to grow. Whether you’ve served in ministry professionally or as a volunteer leader, you bring a heart for discipleship and a willingness to walk closely with students in their faith journey.
This position is fully support-raised, meaning staff members develop a team of ministry partners who fund their salary. Campus Collective provides proven coaching, resources, and a step-by-step plan to equip staff for success in building and sustaining their support team.
Qualifications
Growing relationship with Jesus Christ and a clear sense of calling to ministry
Passion for ministering to college students
Active involvement in a local church community
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Previous ministry experience (professional or lay leadership)
Emotional maturity and healthy relational boundaries
What You’ll Do
As a Campus Minister, you’ll join a local ministry team and help create a community where students can know Jesus, grow as disciples, and discover their purpose. This role is highly relational and mission-driven, requiring both a heart for students and strong collaboration with fellow staff. Responsibilities Serve as a member of the local Campus Collective staff team
Report directly to the Lead Campus Minister
Help plan and execute campus ministry programs, events, and outreach
Build meaningful, discipling relationships with students, helping them follow Jesus in daily life
Partner with staff and student leaders to set and pursue measurable ministry goals
Submit personal ministry plans that align with annual objectives
Set and track progress toward professional development goals
Fundraise and maintain 100% of your personal support and ministry budget (with training and coaching provided)
Be fully present on campus with students, leaders, and your team
Participate in statewide retreats, staff gatherings, and weekly coaching calls
