About the Role
Falcon Fusion (SOAR) is a highly extensible no-code/low-code platform for automating complex workflows. We are seeking an E7 (Staff-level) Front-End Engineer to join an established, high-performing team. You will work on dynamic feature areas including complex triggers, views, and large-scale data visualizations. You’ll collaborate with UX designers, QA, product management, and backend engineers to define specifications and features, own product delivery, shape architecture, and coordinate scope and priorities with stakeholders. As a Front-End Engineer at CrowdStrike, you will build and maintain the user interface for this arm of the Falcon platform, delivering a high-quality user experience used globally to protect systems from sophisticated adversaries. Our JavaScript framework is Ember. If you have experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js, you’ll adapt quickly as we’ll help you become proficient with Ember and our codebase. We support evergreen browsers and work with large data scales, focusing on user-centric solutions in a dynamic problem space. Build and maintain single-page web applications using JavaScript with Ember.js Participate in code reviews for your work and peers Take initiative to build tools that improve the team's development experience Write automated tests for your code Collaborate with UI Engineers, Cloud Engineers, UI Designers, Technical Writers, User Researchers, QA Analysts, Product Managers, and others Continuously learn about evolving cybersecurity challenges Enjoy solving hard problems What You’ll Need
7+ years of experience building complex user interfaces for software products at scale, with most recent work in a SaaS context Deep understanding of JavaScript and experience with thick-client apps using modern frameworks such as Ember, AngularJS, Backbone, or React/Flux Strong HTML & CSS skills; experience with animation, scalable/modular CSS, and preprocessors like SCSS or LESS Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies (e.g., QUnit, Mocha, Selenium) Functional knowledge and interest in accessible interfaces Desire to collaborate with users, designers, and testers to deliver quality software Familiarity with client-side build tools (git, yarn, npm, Ember CLI, etc.) Comfortable with Git version-control workflows Bonus Points
