Overview The Falcon Fusion (SOAR) product is a No-Code/Low-Code platform for automating complex workflow creation and execution. We’re seeking a Staff-level Front-End Engineer to join a high‑performing team expanding dynamic feature areas, including complex triggers, large‑scale data visualizations, and more. You’ll collaborate with UX designers, QA, product management, and backend engineers to define architecture, scope, and priorities, and take ownership of delivery and technical direction.
We build the user interface for this arm of the Falcon platform, delivering a high-quality experience used by customers worldwide to protect systems from sophisticated adversaries. Our JavaScript framework is Ember; if you have React, Angular, or Vue experience, you’ll be supported in getting up to speed with Ember and our codebase. We work with evergreen browsers and large datasets, prioritizing user needs and solving dynamic problems.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain single-page web applications written in JavaScript using Ember.js
Participate in code reviews for your own code and your teammates’ UI work
Take initiative to build tools that improve the team’s development experience
Write automated tests for your code
Collaborate with UI Engineers, Cloud Engineers, UI Designers, Technical Writers, User Researchers, QA Analysts, Product Managers, and others
Continually learn about evolving cybersecurity challenges and solutions
Engage in problem solving to deliver high-quality user experiences
What You’ll Need
7+ years of experience building complex user interfaces for software products at scale, with substantial SaaS experience
Strong JavaScript skills with experience in modern frameworks (Ember, AngularJS, Backbone, React/Flux); understanding of thick-client architectures
Strong HTML & CSS skills, with experience in animation, modular CSS approaches, and preprocessors (SCSS/LESS)
Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies (QUnit, Mocha, Selenium)
Commitment to accessible interfaces and usability
Desire to collaborate closely with users, designers, and testers to deliver quality software
Familiarity with client-side build tools and workflows (git, yarn, npm, Ember CLI)
Comfortable with Git/version control workflows

Open source project experience
Experience with graphics/visualization tools (D3, ThreeJS)
Interest and experience with design and data visualization
Ability to optimize browser performance (fps, rendering)
Web accessibility testing and support experience
