Location: Richardson, TX (Onsite at the facility). Travel to customer sites for upgrade and implementation activities as necessary.
Security clearance requirements: Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. TS/SCI without Polygraph is the stated clearance; applicants must possess or be able to obtain the required clearance.
What You Will Do
Develop and communicate implementation of infrastructure solutions using company and industry best practices.
Maintain existing systems through Linux-based tooling and manage the COTS stack to support program needs.
Assist with integration of the selected platform provisioning tool (e.g., VMware).
Ensure COTS stack versioning is maintained and coordinated with the team for updates.
Travel to customer sites to assist in system updates and deliveries when necessary.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
Qualifications You Must Have : Typically requires BS/BA in STEM (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Physics) and 3 years of related work experience.
Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).
Experience with VMware.
Experience with programming languages (Python, Java, Ruby, Bash, C++, C#, Go).
Current TS/SCI clearance is required day 1. U.S. citizenship required; willing to obtain CI Poly for Privileged User access to the system.
Qualifications We Prefer :
Experience with Linux LDAP for creating Linux-based accounts and managing roles/permissions.
Experience with basic Linux Bash scripting for task automation.
Experience with Layer7 technologies is a plus.
Experience with modernization technologies such as Terraform/Ansible, Artifactory, xray, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, SonarQube, etc.
