Overview

Genesis10 is seeking a Technical Specialist Salesforce Developer for a 3-month contract with the possibility to convert to a permanent position. The client is located in Bloomfield Hills, MI. This role requires the candidate to be onsite for 4 days a week. Responsibilities

Independently build, test, and deploy Salesforce components while working with development and QA teams to resolve technical issues. Lead and mentor a development team, providing technical guidance and best practices. Collaborate with architects to evaluate and document new integrations, designs, and patterns through proof of concepts. Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce capabilities such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), flows, triggers, complex formulas, workflows, and security settings. Enhance DevOps processes including CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and monitoring. Work with enterprise-level cross-system integrations using APIs and event-driven architectures. Evaluate Salesforce and third-party solutions by creating prototypes and proof of concepts that align with business goals. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. Minimum of 4 years of experience developing enterprise-level applications, including full-stack Salesforce development. 2-3 years of experience working in a Scrum or Agile environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written). Solid understanding of Salesforce data models across multiple products and experience with data modeling. Expertise in code versioning, branching, and merging practices using GIT or equivalent tools. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant. Experience with Salesforce managed package evaluation, deployment, and upgrades. Experience with Salesforce CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset. Familiarity with additional Salesforce products such as MuleSoft and Marketing Cloud. Knowledge of Google Cloud or similar cloud platforms. Employment Details
