Serve as primary on-site manager and central point of contact with the COR and Government stakeholders. Oversee task execution, staffing, scheduling, and quality control across all task areas. Validate completion of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). Ensure compliance with reporting, documentation, and deliverables across the contract. Lead daily standups and weekly syncs, maintain situational awareness, and enforce escalation protocols. Coordinate VIP and COOP support activities and manage on-call rotations for continuity of operations. Required Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of IT project or operations management experience in a DoD or federal environment. Demonstrated success managing multidisciplinary technical teams supporting enterprise-level IT operations. Experience interfacing with Government Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), producing deliverables, and managing risk, quality, and schedules. Deep familiarity with DISA mission, SOPs, and Joint Staff support requirements. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills. ITIL 4 Foundations or Intermediate certification strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management, or related field required. Seniority level
