Ability to Excel with Large Book of Business: Showcase your expertise in effectively managing a substantial book of business.
Thriving in Client-Facing Roles: Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills shine in every interaction.
Experience with Mid and Large Market Accounts: Dive into the exciting world of Mid and Large Market Accounts, bringing your expertise to the table.
Submission Handling Pro: Handle new and renewal submissions with precision and efficiency.
Master of Contract Review: Your keen eye for detail ensures insurance contracts are error-free and provide comprehensive coverage.
Efficient Endorsement Processing: Process endorsements, placement requests, and invoicing with ease.
Document Preparation Whiz: From certificates to proposals, your preparation is impeccable.
Policy Coverage Guru: Ensure policy coverage and endorsements meet the needs of all clients, both new and renewals.
Independent and Team Player: Thrive both independently and as a valuable member of a collaborative team.
Retention Champion: Take ownership of retaining all accounts assigned to the team.
Problem-Solving Pro: Apply creative problem-solving techniques to resolve various issues and challenges.
Qualifications
Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
5+ Years of Account Management Experience.
Above-Average Computer Skills.
Holds at least one professional designation, such as CIC or CPCU, or comparable job experience.
Compensation Compensation:
$65k-85k + Bonus, matching 401k, benefits, competitive PTO package.
