Commercial Insurance Account Manager – Hybrid (Atlanta, GA)
Compensation: $80k-$120k, depending on experience

Job Summary A reputable agency is seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge and understanding of commercial lines insurance coverages. The candidate will be familiar with a variety of coverage lines across both admitted and non-admitted carriers.
Responsibilities
Manage an established book of business.
Serve as a primary point of contact in a client-facing role.
Maintain client relationships while handling both new and renewal submissions.
Review insurance contracts for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Process endorsements, placement requests, and invoicing.
Prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and reviews.
Verify policy coverage and endorsements on all new and renewal business.
Work independently or collaboratively with the team.
Ensure retention of assigned accounts.
Apply problem-solving techniques to address cancellations, claims, renewal issues, audits, receivables, and carrier concerns.
Requirements
Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
Minimum of 3 years of commercial account management experience.
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and use multiple systems effectively.
