Overview

As the Program & Integration manager, you will lead the Demand management process across the portfolio and ensure compliance to ET business office financial forecasting and actuals reporting. You will lead multiple functional Agile teams within the ART, from backlog grooming and planning through development, testing, and release deployment with responsibility for all aspects of a team's productivity. You will maintain visual progress metrics indicating velocity, burndown, etc., and facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning readiness and execution. Responsibilities

Financial Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a detailed financial roadmap, working closely with product owners and financial planners to ensure alignment with business goals and prioritized initiatives. Manage financial commitments, cost of investment & operating expense across PD-IT; coordinate with PD-IT planners to understand spend plan and variances; assess confidence of spend and predict financial gaps. Supplier management, vendor statements of work management, including writing SOWs, one-pagers, planning engagement type, and executing the engagement start to finish; support audits to ensure compliance. Lead the development of an integrated PD IT cycle plan for budgets year over year. Ensure compliance to ET business office financial forecasting and actuals reporting. Maintain supplier contracts, follow ITBO process guidelines to ensure engagements are compliant and manage sourcing strategies end to end; coordinate ideation and rollout of demand planning and ITBO timelines. Establish business value for prioritized investments; manage the plan for sourcing strategy and maintain program resource management, aligning with ITBO targets and managing sourcing strategy plans across all product groups. Technical Product Integration: effectively present and communicate delivery plans, statuses, risks and key decisions within product teams and with Senior Management; manage demand and coordinate changes through the system of delivery. Assist in tracking the execution of features across teams; facilitate scaling meetings (scrum of scrums, product owner sync, overall retrospectives, solution demos). Collaborate with product and technology teams to ensure the product vision translates into a workable roadmap that is executable across the program. Oversee and ensure PI planning readiness, product vision and roadmap, architectural runway, backlogs, business value assessments, and event logistics; manage, escalate, and drive resolution of program risks and dependencies with key stakeholders, product leadership, scrum teams, system teams, and program stakeholders. Manage and coordinate dependencies with internal and external stakeholders; balance multiple projects to critical path, provide regular milestone updates and risk assessments to stakeholders and Senior Management. Assist in new process creation and rollout; provide guidance to product teams on agile ceremonies, best practices, and implementation. Help the product lead define and articulate project strategy and objectives, scope, and business requirements; think creatively to make recommendations regarding execution strategies and potential solutions. Identify, research, analyze and manage risks and interdependencies within projects/systems/resources, and formulate plausible solutions and contingency plans in consultation with stakeholders and Senior Management. Conduct cross-product line PI planning events; handle formal scope definition, KPI identification & tracking, and change log; balance demand & capacity allocation across the PD IT Portfolio. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or work experience equivalent. 8+ years of consistent track record driving objective accountability and ownership within cross-functional teams. 5+ years Scaled Agile System of Delivery experience. 5+ years Low-cost Sourcing experience. 7+ years’ experience with supplier/purchase service sourcing. Understanding of Product Driven System of Delivery. Strong technical product management discipline. Politically savvy navigating the organization to achieve outcomes. Proven ability to lead and empower team members. Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities. Knowledge of engineering processes i.e., GPDS. Resourceful and creative. Strong knowledge of tools, ERP Financial tools, NICUS, Jira, Confluence, Miro, and in-depth knowledge of MS Excel. About Ford
