Base pay range
$65.00/hr - $68.00/hr Scrum Master | 3 days onsite - Atlanta, GA Rate: $65/hr - $68/hr We are looking for a dynamic Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, integrity, and the courage to guide teams in delivering high-quality products while fostering continuous improvement. This role is crucial in holding teams accountable, constructively addressing conflicts, and nurturing a culture of trust, transparency, and delivery excellence.
Responsibilities
Act as a servant leader and coach for one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and Scrum practices.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, etc.) with purpose and discipline.
Remove impediments that hinder team progress, working across organizational boundaries as needed.
Build a culture of accountability by ensuring team commitments are clear and outcomes align with organizational goals.
Proactively identify and address conflict within the team, creating an environment of psychological safety and constructive dialogue.
Demonstrate courage by challenging the status quo, raising risks or delivery concerns, and advocating for continuous improvement.
Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog, refine user stories, and ensure alignment with business priorities.
Monitor team metrics and use data to facilitate growth, predictability, and continuous delivery.
Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to promote Agile best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead supporting technology or product teams.
Proven ability to hold individuals and teams accountable to commitments, quality, and Agile principles.
Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills with a focus on team dynamics and performance.
Demonstrated courage and confidence to address tough issues and drive meaningful change.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels of the organization.
Experience working in fast-paced, complex, or matrixed environments.
Nice to Have
Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other scaling models (LeSS, Nexus).
SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), CSM, or PSM certification.
