Senior Data Analyst
to lead high-impact analytics initiatives and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. In this role, you’ll partner with business and technical teams to deliver actionable insights, build scalable reporting solutions, and mentor junior analysts. What you’ll do: Lead end-to-end analytics projects—from requirements to dashboard delivery and ongoing enhancements. Integrate data from multiple platforms (Salesforce, Azure, JDE, Workday, etc.) to ensure accuracy and consistency. Build and optimize dashboards, reports, and data models (Power BI, SQL, Python, Alteryx). Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improved reporting workflows. Champion data quality, governance, and best practices. Train and mentor junior analysts while promoting adoption of analytics solutions. What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or related field. 5+ years of analytics experience (including 1–2 years in a senior/lead role). Advanced Power BI skills (DAX, data modeling, visualization). Strong SQL, Python, Alteryx, and Excel expertise. Experience with enterprise data platforms (Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.); Fabric/OneLake a plus. Excellent problem-solving, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and security practices. Must be in office at least 4 days per week. Seniority level
