Caesars Entertainment The ‘Enterprise Data Services’ organization provides consolidated data support for all areas of operations across Caesars Entertainment including, but not exclusive to, Gaming, Marketing, Finance and Capital, Hotel/Revenue Management/Pricing, Food and Beverage/Entertainment/Meeting Sales, Labor/Contracts/HR, Property Analytics/Operations, Entertainment and Sourcing. Candidates will be primarily dedicated to an individual functional area, but may also provide cross-functional support based on organizational needs. Individuals with strong general management skills, advanced analytical abilities, technical development background and a desire to understand a broad range of operations and departmental functions within the casino industry should apply. Primary Responsibilities

Development: Develop analytics reporting for operating departments across the enterprise. Work proactively with functional area to identify reporting requirements and effective data logistics infrastructures to support stakeholder needs. Support: Provide ad hoc support on existing reporting and tools developed by the business Intelligence and data logistics team. Work with stakeholders in functional areas to resolve business critical issues in a timely manner. Collaboration: Fosters relationships with analytics counter-parts and become a credible partner, who seeks to understand business issues. Accuracy: Review and stress test all development to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of new tools and reports. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required, preferred majors include: Business, Math, Science, MIS, Industrial Engineering or related field or comparable work experience. Experience with SQL, Teradata databases and Tableau development required. Experience with Python, PHP, Cloud application preferred. Must be able to quickly learn relevant industry database applications and software. Willingness to be very hands on and ability to deal with large sets of data. Previous analytical experience in planning, finance, and/or database development environment preferred. Strong interest in a career in business intelligence and data logistics. Previous experience preferred. Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms. Excellent customer service skills. A team player with strong interpersonal skills. Must be capable of adapting to a fluid environment. Gaming industry experience preferred. About Us
