Job Description The Analytics Manager plays a leadership role in executing the Caesars Entertainment ‘Strategic Analytics’ department mission of providing world-class analytical support, delivering insights that drive profit, and being a reliable business partner for all operational areas including Gaming, Marketing, VIP (Casino) Marketing/Operations, and Hospitality (Hotel / Food & Beverage / Retail / Conventions). The Manager will mentor, train, and guide junior analysts to maximize their impact through initiatives to increase efficiency and prioritize their work effectively. Key Responsibilities Build productive relationships with senior leaders; develop and refine analysis requests and identify business opportunities. Drive realization of these opportunities through analytics and creative solutions. Help junior analysts prioritize analyses based on business impact. Conduct and oversee rigorous analytics to improve profitability, operational processes, and customer service, including identifying revenue growth opportunities, resource optimization, and pricing strategies. Ensure analyses are accurate and impactful. Translate large datasets into actionable insights and develop presentation materials for senior management. Communicate findings clearly and compellingly, guiding strategic decisions. Support junior analysts in structuring analyses and presentations. Lead discussions with senior clients and support strategic project development, implementation, and evaluation. Design and deliver reports to provide visibility into trends and performance metrics. Utilize technologies such as SQL, R, Tableau, Google BigQuery, Python to develop analytics and reporting tools; lead integration of new tools into processes. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency in reporting and analytics. Lead or contribute to large-scale cross-team projects. Drive training and development for junior analysts, enhancing their technical skills, critical thinking, and business acumen. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. 3+ years of relevant professional experience. Strong business acumen for the casino industry, with the ability to articulate key drivers of business performance. Proficiency in SQL and one or more of R, VBA, SAS, Python, with experience in web-based visualization tools like Tableau or Microstrategy. Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint. Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex analyses to diverse audiences and influencing decision-making. Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with senior stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining quality. Leadership qualities including project management, coaching, and motivation skills. Highest integrity and professionalism. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience. Degree in Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics/Statistics, Hotel Management, Business, or Data Science from a top-tier program. Graduate degree in a related technical field preferred. Experience with statistical analysis and testing in the casino business. Hyperion experience is a plus.
