Overview
Information Technology Specialist I (Technical Assistance Center) This position is located in the California Justice Information Services Division, Technology Support Bureau, Enterprise Operation Support Branch, Technical Assistance Center Local, Local Support Section. Under the general supervision of the Information Technology Manager I in the ESOB, the ITS I will provide high-quality technical support and customer service to DOJ end-users by ensuring that desktop systems, applications, and related hardware are functioning optimally. Responsibilities
Windows operating system image management SCCM/Tanium deployment of desktop software, applications, updates and security patches ITSM activities to support and ensure service levels Management of user accounts, permissions, and security settings using SailPoint, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 Admin Center Participate, coordinate and lead technical projects and assignments relative to the support and services offered by ESOB Mentor less experienced staff and review their work products for quality and compliance with Department standards Occasional travel to provide onsite assistance to DOJ satellite offices; on-call in emergency instances as needed Position Details

$7,163.00 - $9,599.00 B ,
$7,864.00 - $10,537.00 C Notes: New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable Number of positions: 1 Work Location: Sacramento County Telework: In Office Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Work Week: Monday - Friday Qualifications
