The
IT Coordinator
is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and assistance with daily IT operations at the hotel. Provide front-line technical support for colleagues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, printers, and other IT equipment. Support daily operations of the hotel’s Local Area Network (LAN) and Wi-Fi systems. Participate in IT projects, such as software rollouts, system migrations, or upgrades. Document IT support requests, issues, and resolutions to ensure proper tracking. Collaborate with hotel departments to understand and resolve technology-related needs. Ensure adherence to Hyatt’s IT security policies and protocols. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an IT, Computer Science, or related program preferred. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking concepts, and Microsoft Office applications. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new systems. Employment type
