Job Details Responsibilities Lead and manage the audit process, including planning, execution, and reporting Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements Provide assurance to stakeholders on the accuracy and completeness of financial statements Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Identify and communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and management Manage and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and support as needed Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to improve audit processes and procedures Qualifications Bachelors in Accounting or a related field (Masters preferred) CPA certification 5+ years of experience in audit, assurance, or related field Strong knowledge of GAAP, GASB and other regulatory requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and manage a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines Experience with audit software and tools Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
