We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator with broad experience in maintaining, configuring, and supporting a company's Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maximizing the value of Salesforce by tailoring it to meet LIV Golf’s specific business needs, ensuring data integrity, and supporting a wide variety of user personas. Key Responsibilities

System Configuration and Optimization: Adapt Salesforce to the business’s requirements by managing custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and automation tools like Flow. Identify opportunities to leverage advanced features in order to drive continuous system improvement. User Management and Security: Set up and maintain user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and ensure security and compliance across internal departments with varying needs and levels of access. Data Management: Ensure data quality by implementing data validation and deduplication strategies. Maintain data hygiene best practices when working with stakeholders on system changes and improvements. Reporting: Create custom reports and dashboards to track key business metrics and provide insights for decision-making. User Support and Adoption: Provide troubleshooting and technical support for users with varying degrees of Salesforce knowledge. Deliver training sessions, workshops, or user guides to empower non-technical users. Lead efforts to drive user adoption and raise any risks to continued platform usage. Monitoring & Issue Resolution: Monitor platform performance and resolve technical issues, bugs, or outages in coordination with Salesforce support or third-party partners. Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Technology to capture requirements and collaborate with Salesforce developers and other teams to deliver enhancements and optimize workflows. Change Management and Documentation: Maintain system documentation and manage change control processes to support audit readiness and release quality. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features, releases, and best practices to optimize the system and drive improvements in user adoption, data quality, and business process efficiency. Other duties as assigned by the manager and willingness to support other areas of the business as needed. Experience & Qualifications

A relevant Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in Salesforce administration with configuration, customization and reporting experience. Specialized knowledge of Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and Agentforce is a plus. Proficient in managing changes and customizations from sandbox environments to production to safely test and promote changes. Experience with DevOps tools (e.g. Gearset, Copado) is desirable. Deep familiarity with Salesforce integrations via APIs or middleware (e.g. MuleSoft, Zapier, Workato). Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is highly desirable. Strong technical skills in customization, data management, and reporting. Understanding of data migration, Salesforce architecture, security management, and data governance best practices. Proactive attitude toward platform enhancements and continuous learning. Analytical and innovative thinking to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to distill complex business processes and requirements into technical solutions. Ability to creatively brainstorm and problem solve while adapting ways of working to different business areas. Positive and outgoing, able to work across a complex organization and build relationships with stakeholders. Self-motivated and self-sufficient attitude in the workplace. High attention to detail and commitment to delivering at an elevated standard.
