Hereu2019s what youu2019d do: The Project Engineer supports our project management team on large-scale commercial landscape construction projects. The Project Engineer works closely with and supports the Projects Manager. u00A0 Youu2019d be responsible for: Work with the construction team to ensure that all construction services are delivered according to contract specifications, on budget, according to schedule and with a high standard of quality Perform takeoffs using Onscreen Take-off (OST) and gather pricing for estimatesu00A0 Review take-offs with estimating team Manage document control including submittals, change orders, field production tracking, purchasing documentation and contract administration Prepare reports and information as requested Coordinate between branch administrative office team, field employees, sales team, estimating team and branch management on a regular basis Work closely with clients, vendors, subcontractors and employees; ensure exceptional customer service and quality at all times You might be a good fit if you have: B.A in Landscape Architecture, civil engineering, or Construction Management a plus but not a requirement or equivalent work experienceu00A0 Proficient with computer software programs including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and project management software Strong work ethic Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Customer service experience Bilingual (Spanish) Hereu2019s what to know about working here: Here at BrightView, weu2019re as passionate about caring for our clients as we are about caring for each other.
