Amentum . The position is based in Omaha, NE and involves supporting mission-critical projects in the Cyber, Security, & Intel space. Responsibilities

Perform as a senior-level contributor with knowledge and experience in local and wide area networking, communications, and related software/hardware within a secure, multi-platform operating environment. Provide support to a large and diverse customer base as a member of a complex team comprised of contractors and government personnel. Assist with integration of network and hardware infrastructure, including planning, design, installation, maintenance, and management of the enterprise LAN/WAN. Perform installation, maintenance, and decommissioning of devices such as KG-175 TACLANE encryption devices, Cisco routers, switches, VoIP phones and VTC devices, rack infrastructure, servers, UPS, and associated desktop peripherals. Provide Windows 10/11 desktop administration and end-user support, including OS deployment and imaging via MECM, client application installation, roaming profiles, troubleshooting, and peripheral support. Install, label, and organize interior STP CAT5/6 copper, fiber, and AV cabling, including cable management. Review mission scope-of-work requirements and technical design packages. Prepare and execute hardware deployment and site installation plans; coordinate with customer project managers and staff; mobilize and direct the installation team. Update and close out support tickets and post-installation operations, including travel reimbursements and inventories with Logistics personnel and Site Design team members. Evaluate new products and make recommendations for purchase; stay current with modern technological developments and applications. Perform site surveys to assess current and proposed network configurations; create diagrams as needed for planning and documentation. Requirements

Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI or ability to acquire SCI 5 years of relevant experience Hands-on experience in DoD or Intelligence Community environments Familiarity with classified environments, compliance requirements, and secure communication standards Experience installing and integrating hardware into network/telecommunications infrastructures Ability to configure and optimize hardware for network performance and reliability In-depth knowledge of PC and LAN communication hardware and architecture Experience in complex multi-protocol network environments Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues in VTC systems Experience with a wide range of VTC hardware/software across vendors Strong Windows 10 desktop administration skills Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently; ability to maneuver in tight spaces Typical 40-hour work week; ability to work overtime during peaks and travel up to 75% within the Omaha, NE and Colorado Springs, CO region Valid driver’s license Familiarity with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Project, Visio) Excellent attention to detail and strong verbal/written communication, critical thinking, and time-management skills Ability to work independently and in a team in a dynamic environment Education & Certifications

Minimum Education: High School Diploma Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years Required Certifications: One of the following 8140 IAT Level II or III baseline certifications: Level II – CCNA Security, GISCP, GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP; Level III – CASP CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in IT field 7–10 years of relevant experience ITIL v4 Certification ServiceNow experience Experience with installation/configuration of enterprise network and systems infrastructure devices, cabling, and best practices Understanding of Active Directory, MECM, DHCP, DNS, Cisco IOS, SolarWinds, and Remedy
