Overview
Infosys is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE(CRM) Lead Developer. This role will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across the Software Development Life Cycle, including requirements elicitation, architecture definition and design, and high quality code deliverables for a module. The Lead Developer will validate testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty, and contribute to a collaborative, learning-driven culture. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring optimal D365 CE solutions. Design, develop, and deploy custom D365 CE solutions, including configurations, customizations, and integrations. Provide technical leadership on Dynamics 365 CE projects. Develop and implement Power Platform components, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Ensure best practices in solution architecture, development, and deployment methodologies. Work alongside cross-functional teams, including functional consultants and business analysts, to deliver successful projects. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure smooth system operations. Key Qualifications
Minimum 7+ years of Information Technology experience. 4+ years of experience in D365 CE with understanding and familiarity of Azure Implementations for Apps, Services, APIs and Data. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Austin, TX or Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area; travel may be required. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for every year of education. Authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship (Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time). Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing). Expertise in customization and configuration (workflows, plugins, custom entities). Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform technologies. Experience with integration tools such as Azure, Power Automate, and third-party APIs.
