Infosys is seeking Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE(CRM) Developer. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating high-level design artifacts; deliver high-quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.
Required Qualifications : Candidate must be located within commuting distance to Richardson, TX, or be willing to relocate to the area. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. At least 7+ years of Information Technology experience and 4+ years of experience in D365 CE with understanding and familiarity of Azure Implementations for Apps, Services, APIs, and Data.
Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring optimal D365 CE solutions. Design, develop, and deploy custom D365 CE solutions, including configurations, customizations, and integrations. Provide technical leadership on Dynamics 365 CE projects. Develop and implement Power Platform components, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Ensure best practices in solution architecture, development, and deployment methodologies. Work alongside cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure smooth system operations.
Key Requirements : Proven experience as a D365 CE Technical Consultant. Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing. Expertise in customization and configuration, including workflows, plugins, and custom entities. Proficiency in development languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform technologies. Experience with integration tools such as Azure, Power Automate, and third-party APIs.
