Branch and field support Engineer . Candidate will be required to travel to different branches of the bank scattered across MN to support end users with IT-related issues. Should drive. Candidate should monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance on network hardware and software, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Responsibilities

Travel to different branches of the bank scattered across MN to support end users with IT-related issues. Drive to required locations as needed. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues; perform routine maintenance on network hardware and software (routers, switches, firewalls). IMAC execution for all EUC hardware and software. EUC Asset Management: managing and maintaining inventory of all hardware in stock room and updating the status in ServiceNow CMDB. Service Management: use ServiceNow ticketing tool to track, monitor, and update tickets. Hardware support: install, configure, and maintain end-user devices (laptops, desktops, tablets, printers; monitors, docking stations). Software support: install, configure, troubleshoot, and fix software as needed. Printer support: install and configure printers at branches and endpoints. Knowledge of IMACD processes for network devices (routers, switches, access points, video conferences, phones, etc.) including physical changes and configuration support. Patch management, vulnerability management: install security patches and apply configurations to remediate vulnerabilities. Network Asset Management: maintain inventory of hardware in stock room and update the ServiceNow CMDB. Knowledge of patching and cabling network devices and configuration support for network devices. Troubleshoot end-user and end-device network issues; knowledge of end-device port configuration. Monitor and manage network performance as part of daily duties. Qualifications

Candidate must be located within

Saint Paul, MN

or be willing to relocate; some travel across MN and the US may be required. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. Hands-on experience in EUC and Network support for bank branches. Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems. Ability to travel to multiple bank branches and drive as required. Hardware and software support experience for end-user devices (laptops, desktops, tablets, printers); peripherals like monitors and docking stations. Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network device configurations. Patch and vulnerability management experience; ability to apply security configurations (e.g., IOS upgrades, access lists) to remediate vulnerabilities. Preferred Skills

Experience working with remote teams and team-building. Strong communication and analytical skills. Experience in a Global Delivery environment. Benefits
