About the Role
Corporate Solutions Engineer
— you’ll partner closely with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, tailor and demo custom environments, and guide customers through the pilot lifecycle to successful outcomes. You’ll serve as the trusted technical advisor during the sales process, addressing business and technical challenges, configuring API-based integrations, and helping organizations unlock value from Glean’s AI-powered platform. This role is highly collaborative and customer-facing, requiring strong problem-solving skills and a consultative approach to drive adoption and satisfaction.
You will
Partner with Account Executives to navigate fast-paced deal-cycles with C-level executives Create and demo custom environments based on customer industry and line of business Perform customer-facing activities including technical discovery calls Lead security-based conversations to make customers comfortable with Glean’s security posture Work cross-functionally with product and engineering to deliver customer requests and be a voice of the customer
About you
Bachelor's degree in CS or a related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills Team-centric mindset and ability to work well in a collaborative environment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time-management and multi-priority skills Consultative approach solving customer business challenges and handling technical and security objections Familiarity with cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure) Ability to configure, monitor, and maintain API-based integrations
Preferred Experience
1-2+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting in a SaaS organization Technical experience with AI systems (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) Startup and SaaS experience is a plus Experience engaging with customers and resolving challenges effectively Proven track record of success and collaboration (e.g., partnering with AEs to run technical deal cycles) Proficiency in Python or Java
Location
This role is hybrid, based in our Nashville office.
Compensation & Benefits
The standard base salary range for this position is $110,000 – $182,000 annually. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Vision, and Dental coverage, generous time-off policy, and the opportunity to contribute to your 401k plan. You’ll also receive a home office improvement stipend and annual education and wellness stipends to support growth and wellbeing.
