Manager In Training

This position has a clearly defined career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months. This role supports the achievement of location sales goals and customer service excellence.

Compensation

$17.00/hr.

Responsibilities

Participate in the Manager In Training program with hands-on training in Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance, fleet management, and people management.

Support the achievement of location sales goals and customer service excellence.

Follow a clearly defined career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent is required.

A valid driver’s license is required.

Strong computer skills and multitasking skills are needed.

Excellent written and spoken communication.
