The Manager Trainee is training to become either an Assistant Studio Manager or Studio Manager. Responsibilities include assisting with: Team Management Member Management Inventory Management Facility Management This role focuses on achieving sales goals through membership sales and providing a superior guest experience. Must have general availability, including weekends. Job locations include Green Valley, Summerlin, or Centennial. Training will primarily occur at Green Valley, with some shifts at Summerlin. Compensation includes a competitive hourly rate or salary, plus free IR Sauna Membership.
