Perspire Sauna Studio
Overview
The Manager Trainee works closely with the Studio Manager to set the tone and model Perspire’s mission, vision, and values. As part of the leadership team, this role is vital in helping to motivate and support team members in achieving studio goals while ensuring that operations run smoothly and guests leave feeling better than when they arrived.
Manager Trainee is training to be either Assistant Studio Manager or Studio Manager.
Responsibilities
Working closely with the Studio Manager on the implementation of standard operating procedures, specifically managing and ensuring Membership Sales Associates and Studio Assistants are maintaining consistency and upholding daily expectations
Assisting in the training, coaching and development of team members
Bringing positive, team-first energy and helping make Perspire Sauna Studio an exceptional place to work
Acting as a liaison between the Studio Manager and team members
Communicating all updates, new products/offerings, events, and protocols to the team in the Studio Manager’s absence
Leading the team with strong membership sales. This is measured with conversion percentage and sales performance charts
Maintaining high visibility and positive interaction with guests at all times. Ensuring guests receive hospitable, consistent, accessible and courteous service
Resolving any guest complaints or membership issues with the highest level of customer service
Promoting the benefits of IR Saunas and value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership to guests
Understanding and speaking to the science, technology, and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy
Ensuring that all front desk systems are followed such as proper member check-In, telephone inquiries (general and sales related), consent forms, studio tours, delinquent account procedures, and new membership agreements. Mindbody Software experience is a plus!
Performing weekly and monthly inventory purchasing and processing functions
Performing and documenting daily and weekly studio inspections to ensure facility operation standards are met and all equipment is functioning properly

Location and Training Current Job Location Opportunity: Green Valley, Summerlin or Centennial. If selected, training will be at either Green Valley or Summerlin Studio. Experience and Compensation
Preferred Experience: Sales - 2+ years, Customer Service - 3+ years, Supervisory - 2+ years
Experience in a spa or health/wellness environment is a plus; training will be provided for the right candidate
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate/salary
