Base pay range:
$90,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Oversee kitchen operations and lead a team of sous chefs and culinary staff Develop and execute seasonal, trend-forward menus Manage food and labor costs, inventory, and vendor relations Ensure kitchen safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service Qualifications
5+ years as a Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in luxury hotels or fine dining Culinary degree or equivalent experience Strong leadership and team development skills Experience with scheduling, payroll, and cost controls Fluent in English; Spanish a plus Pre-opening experience preferred Interested candidates are invited to apply today or send your CV to Declan at COREcruitment dot com.
