Responsibilities
Lead the charge in delivering family-centered therapy for children with autism as a key member of an interdisciplinary ABA team. Manage and supervise staff, including RBTs and BTs, to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery. Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create engaging, evidence-based intervention plans. Provide family and caregiver training through monthly sessions to empower families with ABA strategies for long-term success. Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals to integrate holistic care for clients. Qualifications
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field. Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Strong passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams. Compensation & Benefits
Total Compensation: Base salary $85,000-$95,000 + quarterly performance incentives (up to $12,000 annually). Generous PTO and paid holidays; comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, HSA options). 401(k) retirement savings. 50% Telehealth option; 10K sign-on bonus.
