Lecturer-CU Succeed (Silver) – University of Colorado Denver Position type: Temporary, non-tenure track lecturer for the CU Succeed Silver program. Appointments are part-time (less than 50%), with assignments made semester-by-semester based on the needs of Denver area high schools. Pool will be used to fill positions as approved courses are requested. Description
The CU Succeed program enables high school juniors and seniors to take CU Denver courses in their high schools for dual credit during the school day. All applicants for this position seek approval as CU Denver Adjunct Faculty members to teach CU Denver courses requested by Denver area high schools. Responsibilities
Serve as a lecturer for CU Denver courses approved for the CU Succeed Silver program. Maintain eligibility to teach through the adjunct faculty pool; appointments are temporary and semester-by-semester. Teach no more than two courses per semester. Collaborate with CU Denver departments and high school partners to deliver coursework for dual credit. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Masters Degree or 18 graduate credit hours in the discipline you are seeking approval in. Application Materials
