Key Responsibilities of the Refreshment Cart Attendant
Arthur's and Beverage Cart Supervisor provides excellent customer service while tending to players' beverage needs on the golf course, serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. Must have the ability to operate a golf cart safely. Maintain an accurate inventory of food and beverages at the shop and beverage cart. Schedule monthly inventory, perform the inventory, and report it to the Director of Food & Beverage when finished. Stock the cart with the appropriate number of beverages each shift. Confirm the beverage cart is fully operational before starting rounds on the course. Stock and clean the beverage cart throughout the day. Maintain and exhibit knowledge of proper golf course etiquette. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management. Ensure that guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient, and personalized manner. Serve food and beverage items to guests while on the course. Respond to customer questions regarding the general information of the facility. Complete the beverage cart and the shop schedule for all Arthur's staff members weekly. Review schedules for changes, calendar of events, and club activities daily. Cover all call-offs for the beverage cart and the shop to ensure smooth operation. Accountable for all checks, cash, credit card transactions, and member charges. Utilize the Point of Sales (POS) system and create daily sales reports. Meet with the Food & Beverage Team every week. Communicate guest concerns or comments immediately to the Director of Food and Beverage. Responsible for any food, liquor, and other orders. Maintain the beverage cart and the shop's cleanliness and ensure the staff members do the same. Incorporate safe work practices in job performance. Conduct department meetings monthly. Perform other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications For The Refreshment Cart Attendant
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Must be able to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol and must be 18 years old+ Regular and reliable attendance
