Responsibilities
Conduct initial individual assessments and evaluation interviews for service eligibility Involve families and significant others in the recovery process when possible Facilitate, establish and review each patient\'s initial treatment plan Respond to patient grievances and complaints as needed Develop aftercare and discharge plans Perform other related duties as determined by supervisor Qualifications
Certification or license required: ADT, CAC-AD, CSC-AD, LCPC, LCSW, LGADC or LCADC from the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screen Salary and Benefits
