Lead training programs for ERP transformations, preferably SAP S/4 HANA. Drive ERP implementation and transformation training initiatives, including new technology rollouts, process changes, or compliance programs. Develop and deliver instructional content using instructional design best practices and adult learning principles. Coordinate cross-functional training efforts and facilitate sessions for diverse audiences, including leadership and non-technical staff. Qualifications
8+ years of experience in leading training programs for ERP transformations, preferably SAP S/4 HANA. Experience with EnableNow and WalkMe. Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., HR, Business, IT, Education). Expertise in instructional design, learning principles, and training delivery methods. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work across cross-functional teams. Familiarity with OCM frameworks like Prosci and APMG. Experience leading training initiatives for ERP implementations; SAP Fiori is a plus, as are new technology rollouts, process changes, or compliance programs. Strong understanding of adult learning principles, ADDIE, instructional design, and facilitation techniques. Ability to train diverse audiences, including non-technical manufacturing employees and leadership teams. Seniority level
