The Laboratory Research Technician will provide general support to ongoing research in the Tasker laboratory, including animal husbandry and genotyping/phenotyping, ordering, purchasing, lab upkeep, oversight of undergraduate students, etc. Qualifications
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and one to two years of directly related experience. Preferred Qualifications: College level coursework in cell, molecular, and/or neuro biology Experience with animal dissection and histological preparations Experience with mouse breeding and genotyping Experience with immunohistochemistry and Western blotting Experience with confocal microscopy Experience with PCR and qPCR Experience with molecular biology Experience with cell cultures
