Begins the week of November 17, 2025, and concludes in mid-February 2025.
Pre-season Meeting:
Monday, November 10, 3:30-6:30 pm
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with all Lakeside School, Metro League, and WIAA policies and procedures.
Provide support, messaging, actions, and opportunities to a diverse student-athlete body.
Supervise and instruct student-athletes during team activities.
Manage daily operations including field setup, game-day preparations, and support staff coordination.
Maintain and inventory team equipment and apparel.
Attend all required program and interscholastic athletics meetings.
Support multi-sport participation and promote balanced achievement in all areas of school life.
Requirements and Qualifications
At least 25 years of age; a clean driving record is preferred.
Availability for practices and competitions from 3 pm daily during the coaching season, including weekends as required.
Experience coaching football (flag or traditional) at middle school, high school, or college level.
Demonstrated cultural awareness and respectful interaction with diverse cultures.
Current First Aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain prior to season start.
Satisfactory completion of two criminal background checks.
Compensation Stipend range: $5,000 - $5,500. Stipends are paid in monthly installments during the primary season. Benefits include Lakeside Athletics apparel and professional development funds. For inquiries, contact Chris Hartley or Jesus Soler.
