Summary The Department of Medicine at Roswell Park is seeking an Assistant to Full Professor of Thoracic Oncology. The primary clinical activities for this position involve attending in an outpatient thoracic medicine clinic with some inpatient responsibilities with an experienced team of advanced practice providers. Candidates will join a multidisciplinary team with thoracic surgery, radiation oncology, pathology and radiology. There is additional opportunity for conducting clinical trials and research in a collaborative, state-of-the-art academic environment.
Responsibilities Attend in an outpatient thoracic medicine clinic with some inpatient responsibilities as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
License or permit to practice as a Medical Doctor in the State of New York.
Possession of or eligibility for a valid medical specialty certificate in Thoracic Surgery and Oncology.
Medical Doctor degree and prior full-time experience in the specialty of Thoracic Surgery and Oncology.
Note: Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
