BCBA to conduct FBAs for students with school avoidant behaviors, Selective Mutism, and Tick disorders throughout Chester County, PA BCBA to support pre-school education programs throughout Chester County, PA BCBA to support 5 days per week, 7.5 paid hours per day in Coatesville Area School District in Coatesville, PA BCBA to support 5 days per week, 7.5 paid hours per day in West Chester Area School District in West Chester, PA BCBA to support 5 days per week, 7.5 paid hours per day in Great Valley School District in Frazer, PA BCBA to support 5 days per week, 7.5 paid hours per day in Kennett Consolidated School District in Kennett Square, PA
Summary:
The school-based Behavior Analyst / BCBA position is $75-$79 per hour based on years of experience as a BCBA (independent contractor / 1099)
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results Develop positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions Assess a students instructional needs and develop appropriate programming Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and make programming adjustments as needed Develop tools and work with staff to collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals Train staff on positive behavior support plans and instructional programs and monitor fidelity
Requirements
Skills:
Effective written and verbal communication skills Extensive skills in behavioral assessment and positive behavior support plan development Extensive knowledge of data analysis Ability to work collaboratively within a team atmosphere Experience working with students with autism, emotional/behavioral disorders, and/or intellectual disabilities
Qualifications:
Masters Degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA) or a related program BCBA certification Working experience after BCBA certification
Credentials:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Current Certificate Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts Professional Liability Insurance
(Clearances current within 12 months)
PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance PA Department of Education FBI Use code: 1KG6XN TB screening - current within 3 months
