Behavior Analyst Board Certified - Pediatrics role at Friendship Community Care, Inc. (FCC). Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and monitor behavioral support service delivery options for clients with behavioral and social/communication challenges. Ensure compliance with State/Federal law and CARF accreditation. Interviewing/hiring/training RBTs; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints/resolving problems. Prepare timely reports/records for quality management review with CARF and Executive Management meetings. Assist in community involvement for Public Relations. Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise behavioral assessment measures (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS) and functional assessment measures. Develop individualized goals and objectives for home-, community-, and center-based programs; design behavior support plans based on functional assessment data. Ensure appropriate behavioral data systems are in place to collect quantifiable data for continual evaluation of behavior plans and goals. Conduct regular parent/caregiver and teacher training and consultation. Develop materials, training, and provide resources for parents/guardians in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and related methodologies. Train behavior technicians on ABA programs and individualized care plans. Conduct and oversee initial RBT training and directly observe treatments. Facilitate natural environment interventions when appropriate. Review technician documentation and data collection; provide feedback. Maintain ongoing program oversight and conduct weekly supervision meetings with Program Coordinators and Behavior Technicians. Complete necessary documentation timely and according to procedures and regulatory/payer guidelines. Develop written reports documenting behavioral recommendations for parents, caregivers, and agency personnel. Respond to referrals for service in a timely and appropriate manner. Participate in professional meetings or conferences. Adhere to FCC mission, vision, and values. Maintain confidentiality in accordance with policies and HIPAA requirements. Qualifications

At least three years of experience serving individuals with autism spectrum disorders with a full range of skills and abilities. Experience with staff training and supervision. Masters in behavior analysis or related field BCBA certification Language, Mathematical, and Reasoning Skills

Ability to read, write, and interpret medical history, assessment reports, and relevant data; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to speak effectively before groups. Ability to perform basic mathematical operations and interpret data visualizations. Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Physical Demands

The job requires physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, climbing, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds; vision capabilities include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Quality Assurance & Compliance
