Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and manage schedules and appointments. Arrange travel and accommodations for staff and leadership. Draft correspondence, create spreadsheets, and develop presentation materials. Greet visitors and maintain organized filing systems. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office procedures. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Discretion in handling confidential information. Department-Specific Functions
The role involves supporting clinical specialties, coordinating patient care, managing scheduling and referrals, assisting with clinical activities, and promoting patient engagement with the EMR portal. Additional Information
