San Diego Mission Bay Resort is a sprawling 357-room resort with multiple dining options, a renovated pool, kids pool, bay views, fire pits, and more. We are excited to welcome a new Front Desk Agent to our Mission Bay family. This is an On-Call position with a pay rate of $25.00 per hour. Responsibilities
Meet and interact with guests from around the world and showcase the hotel, amenities, and surroundings. Handle front desk operations with reliability, professionalism, and a customer-focused approach. Perform nightly audits with accuracy and efficiency. Work flexibility to cover all shifts, including overnight shifts as a Night Auditor when needed. Qualifications
Refined verbal and written communication skills Strong computer skills Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset Experience taking care of guests in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule availability (days, swings, overnights, weekends and holidays) Ability to resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively Previous front desk experience is a plus Hotel experience is a plus Ability to stand for long periods Offer, Benefits, and Details
