Are you a passionate foodie who is not afraid of thinking outside the box? As a Restaurant Manager, you will strategically lead the Food & Beverage team to take guest satisfaction to the next level. Brown’s Beach House is Fairmont Orchid’s signature dining venue, drawing on Hawaii’s rich flavors, local produce, and fresh seafood. Your Role: Where Leadership Meets Culinary Passion
Own the dining room, crafting seamless, memorable experiences from first greeting to final farewell. Collaborate with chefs to showcase culinary and service artistry. Interact positively with guests, promote hotel facilities and services; resolve problems to the satisfaction of all parties; empower the team. Elevate revenue through promotions, private dining experiences, and beverage program enhancements. Drive profitability via inventory control, cost-saving initiatives, and dynamic scheduling. Maintain cross-departmental communication to ensure guest service standards are met. Foster team spirit and a positive working atmosphere; conduct annual performance appraisals and set targets. Prepare training plans with managers and develop a team that values precision and hospitality. Drive and model luxury service delivery; support career development for employees. Live and uphold Accor Brand and Service Standards; comply with Fairmont rules and regulations. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment; follow safety, health, security, and loss-control policies and government regulations. Support Food & Beverage policies, procedures and service standards; encourage divisional collaboration. Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in food & beverage leadership, preferably in luxury hotels or restaurants. Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills; excellent English reading/writing/oral abilities; additional languages a plus. Ability to remain calm under pressure, deliver excellent customer service, and work cohesively as part of a team. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and energetic with a solutions-focused mindset. State and Federal food & beverage requirements (Tuberculosis clearance) and any relevant certifications are preferred; additional F&B certifications are an advantage. Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 USD Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; the hotel cannot assist with work authorization.
