REGIONAL HR LEADER | TRANSFORMING EDUCATION A market leader in children's education is seeking a HR Leader drive its regional people strategy across multiple markets. This organisation is known for its product differentiating brands, innovative teaching approaches, and deep commitment to shaping the future of learning. With thousands of employees delivering life-changing experiences for children every day, they are poised for their next chapter of growth and need a senior HR leader to help make it happen. As Head of HR, you will be the strategic architect of a multi-country people agenda, building capability, elevating culture, and ensuring the organisation attracts, develops, and retains exceptional talent at every level. Partnering with the leadership team, you’ll have the mandate to implement transformative initiatives that will define the company’s people experience for years to come.
Responsibilities
Strategic People Leadership - Define and execute a people strategy that supports organisational growth and operational excellence. Establish frameworks and policies that enable a consistent yet locally adaptable HR approach.
Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition - Anticipate talent requirements for the region and build proactive workforce plans. Position the organisation as an employer of choice to attract exceptional talent.
Capability Development & Succession Planning - Identify future leaders and implement targeted development pathways. Build organisational depth in critical roles to ensure business continuity.
Employee Experience & Culture - Drive initiatives that build an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing workforce. Foster cross-border collaboration and open communication across diverse teams.
Total Rewards & Recognition - Oversee regionally competitive and equitable reward frameworks. Embed recognition practices that reinforce values and celebrate performance.
Requirements
10+ years of regional HR leadership experience (preferably in direct to retail or consumer related industry including healthcare services may be relevant).
Proven ability to shape and implement people strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes. Experience navigating complex, multicultural environments with multiple brands or business lines.
Strong influencing, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
