Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Guest Relations Manager role located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Guest Relations Manager will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction, managing guest relations, and handling guest inquiries and complaints. The role also involves training staff in guest relations and communication best practices. Will assist overseeing bell staff and concierge agents.

Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
Hotel experience is a MUST
Experience in Training staff
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in hospitality or related field is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
