Overview
The
EHS Manager
leads all Environmental, Health, and Safety efforts at the Beaver Dam facility. This role ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, WDNR, DOT, and local regulations while driving initiatives to eliminate incidents, reduce hazardous waste, and promote ergonomic safety and risk reduction. The manager will partner with cross-functional teams to execute training, lead safety programs, and implement best practices in a high-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
Lead site EHS programs, audits, and compliance initiatives Champion hazardous waste reduction, ergonomic assessments, and risk analysis Manage SDS/Hazard Communication and industrial hygiene programs Train employees and lead executive safety committees Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and maintain compliance records Administer data systems (SAP, EHS platforms) and support FTZ/security reporting Supervise EHS specialists (if applicable) and serve as Drive to Zero program lead Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of progressive EHS experience 3+ years of implementing safety programs Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, WDNR, DOT Experience in manufacturing environments Preferred
Master’s in Business, Engineering, or EHS Certifications: CHMM, CSP, CIH, or PE Experience with SAP, lean manufacturing, FTZ/Security, Tier II/annual environmental reports Seniority level
