Job Responsibilities

Develop best practice standards, processes and measurements that enable the organization to manage the IT asset portfolio.

Ensure the accuracy of the IT asset inventory and configuration items throughout the asset lifecycle.

Develop, implement, and improve Asset Management procedures to meet operational requirements.

Maintain hardware standards and validated product lists.

Input, maintain, update, track and report on all IT assets throughout the asset life cycle.

Audit hardware and software assets against the installed base.

Provide updates and training to other personnel on processes, tools, and reports.

Define metrics, data collection, and reporting on the effectiveness of IT asset management processes.

Perform routine maintenance tasks and related processes.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or business administration, or an equivalent combination of education and related professional work experience

7+ years of related experience

Salesforce licensing experience

Workday licensing experience

Preferred:

ServiceNow experience

ITIL certification

CITAM certification

5+ years of managing Microsoft Enterprise Agreement

Software asset management experience

Flexera experience

Cherwell System Administrator certification

Benefits and Compensation Base Salary Range: $102,200.00 - $153,300.00
