Leasing Consultant - Lease up
at AMLI Atlantic Station, our exciting new lease up in the Atlantic Station shopping district. AMLI Residential is looking for a seasoned leasing professional ready to advance in property management. The Leasing Consultant interacts directly with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy, generate and handle traffic, qualify prospects, lease apartments, and prepare lease documentation. You may also host and plan resident events and apply your marketing skills. Responsibilities
Lease qualified prospects by showing available apartments. Greet and qualify prospects, follow up on prospective residents, and market the community to prospects via telephone, internet, and social media/networking programs. Timely and accurately process all required administrative forms, leases, and related information. Provide quality customer service and timely response to resident requests and complaints, helping residents and prospects before, during, and after leasing an apartment. Maintain relationships with all apartment locator services and local businesses to provide informational material and update periodically. Maintain ongoing resident retention programs under the direction of the Community/Leasing Manager, including participation in resident activities. Shop competition regularly. Ensure a professional appearance and manner for oneself. Compensation And Benefits

2 or more years of related sales and/or customer service experience. Luxury lease up experience preferred. Class A property leasing experience preferred. Weekend hours required. HS/GED required.
