This on-site Leasing Consultant role is all about creating an exceptional experience for our residents and prospects. Responsibilities
Greet, qualify, and tour prospective residents through available apartments and amenities Accurately complete applications, collect deposits, and prepare leases Conduct daily follow-up calls, texts, and emails with leads and prospects Execute outreach marketing and participate in resident events Assist with lease renewals, inspections, and resident service requests Collaborate with the leasing and property management team to meet occupancy goals Maintain a professional, welcoming leasing office and model apartments Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations at all times Essential Skills And Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Outstanding customer service Strong organizational skills with exceptional focus on detail Proactive individual who works independently Requirements
