Overview
Analyst role at Allspring Global Investments. The Analyst would join the Growth Equity Team, and assist collaboratively in all aspects of the investment process (idea generation, research, analysis, and portfolio construction). This role would involve a breadth of tasks, with emphasis on assisting senior members of the team with screening for ideas and conducting fundamental research. We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week. Location(s): Milwaukee, WI or Indianapolis, IN. Company

Support Senior Analysts and Portfolio Managers with screening for ideas Conduct in depth bottom up fundamental research within a collaborative, team based process Maintain, update, and develop spreadsheets to support company models and sector dashboards Assist with portfolio monitoring and client reporting, as needed Required Qualifications
An undergraduate degree in business administration, finance, economics, statistics, or accounting is preferred. Proven analytical, problem solving, and quantitative abilities that can be demonstrated through coursework in finance, accounting, statistics, and math, as well as in work-related and project management experience. Strong technical skills with demonstrated experience in advanced Excel formulas and functions. Superior organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities. Demonstrated leadership ability, a quick intellect, and a willingness to work in a \"hands-on\" environment. Business experience through internship, co-op, part-time, or full-time position preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and fluid environment Preferred Qualifications
Experience with capital markets and industry-specific jargon Familiarity with relevant systems such as Bloomberg, FactSet, and Alpha Sense Interested in pursuing CFA designation Base Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000 Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
