Base Pay Range
$90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Actual base salary may vary based on relevant experience, time in role, internal comparisons, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, compensation may include participation in incentive programs (e.g., annual discretionary bonuses) or other incentive plans where applicable. Role and Responsibilities
The Analyst would join the Growth Equity Team, assisting collaboratively in all aspects of the investment process (idea generation, research, analysis, and portfolio construction). This role emphasizes supporting senior team members with screening for ideas and conducting fundamental research. Responsibilities include: Support Senior Analysts and Portfolio Managers with screening for ideas Conduct in-depth bottom-up fundamental research within a collaborative, team-based process Maintain, update, and develop spreadsheets to support company models and sector dashboards Assist with portfolio monitoring and client reporting, as needed Required Qualifications
An undergraduate degree in business administration, finance, economics, statistics, or accounting is preferred. Proven analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative abilities demonstrated through coursework in finance, accounting, statistics, and math, as well as work-related and project management experience. Strong technical skills with experience in advanced Excel formulas and functions. Superior organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities. Demonstrated leadership ability, quick intellect, and a willingness to work in a hands-on environment. Business experience through internship, co-op, part-time, or full-time positions is preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and fluid environment Preferred Qualifications
Experience with capital markets and industry-specific jargon Familiarity with systems such as Bloomberg, FactSet, and AlphaSense Interest in pursuing CFA designation Location and Work Model
Location(s): Milwaukee, WI or Indianapolis, IN. We operate a hybrid model requiring in-office work 3 days a week. Seniority level
